i came across this during QT.
its about making resolutions and i thought it was kindof meaningful.

THE A-to-Z plan for keeping resolutions.
A; accountability. make yourself accountable.there's always power in numbers.
B; Bring your frinds into your resolution. eg.losing weight,get someone to exercise with you!
C; Call. be weilling to call for help. a change in lifestyle isnt always easy.
D; Discipline. change requires discipline.
E; Exclude temptations from your life.
F; Find others who are willing to make the very same resolution you're making.
G; Give your resolution to God.
H; Hold on! when it gets tough, just hold on tighter to the promises God has given you.
I; Iron sharpens iron, dont dismiss the power of someone to hold you accountable with your new resolution.
J; Just do it! stop talking about it, do it!
K; Kvetch. it means to complain habitually. if you continue whining,you'll create bigger problems for yourself.
L; Live it! make your resolution a part of your life.
M; Mean it! dont make a resolution just for the sake of it.
N; Never give up! you may blow it the first few times you try, but keep at it!
O; Optimistic. always remain optimistic!(2cor4:8-9)
P; Pray daily! God is concerned about your resolution and he wants to help you be victorious.
Q; Quit doing things that hinder your ability to kep your resolution.
R; Repeat progress. eg, if you can get up at 5am and read the bible better, then do it!
S; Surround yourself with pple who can cheer you on to victory!
T;Track your progress!
U; understnad that you're not perfect. you might mes one day up, but pick yourself up and get back on track! commit that failure to Christ!
V; visualise victory.
W;writ it down. take time to actually write your resolutions down.
X; xenophile. means one attracted to foreign things. dont allow yourself to be attracted to things of the world. set your sights on something eternal, the power of Jesus Christ.
Y; Yield every single area of your life to him.Live in obedience towards him.
Z; ZEALOUSLY ATTACK YOUR RESOLUTION! go after it wholeheartedly!
