PTM yesterday. susie was at chem car, so it was irene tan and agnes ng (MM!) haha. barely know agnes ng though. she was the scary teacher for the emcee auditions LEH. haha. irene tan was quite nice, im so glad it was her that was the teacher, imagine if it was susan chew, each parent will probably take like 15mins. ): my mum wanted it short, she doesn't like talking to lorsor teachers, so YAYY :D

anyway after PTM rosalind and i decided to go out, since my mum's slot was before hers.coreen's mum's slot was at like 12+, so couldnt go out with her! haha. cuckoo. dad and mum went j8 to wait for greg who was in school for some founders day thingy. and so we took the bishan mrt trainnn! to lovely city hall. and started our walk to marina square for coffeeee. and we met the coffeee man! oh man, he's really very funny and superrr nice! [rosalind's new love. haha. -the coffee machine on his back] heh. haha. and then we went shoppingggg. details not very interesting, cus there is NO NO NO new clothes, besides the fact that i still like my topshop thingo. hahaaa. GSS! and our joke on who can slowly take her time and shopppp.

there's GDOP today, God's presence surrounding me and feeling the love of everybody. i like the flag thing, where you pray for the country on the flag you get, i got pakistan last yr :D

coffeing with rosalind got cancelled, cus since today's mummy's day,

haha. i think mother's day is hilarious. my mum liked this body soap and powder thing in marks and spencers(jiaolian's fav shop!) so we wanted to buy it for her, then she said she'll pay first, cus she has the discount credit card thing! haha.
then today she went to centrepoint with daddy, and saw a lovely cheesecake, and my daddy bought it for her mother's day cake, so sweet. [:

and the marks and spencer being jiaolian's fav shop is simply hilarious. she likes the jeans there (*)! haha.

its another week gone by, and another week of school. i dread mondays.

jiaolian had a talk with me today and she touched on issues that were precisely what xinyi and i were talking about that day, about respect to seniors, and the attitudes of some people, no names.

its hard to imagine how 32 people in volleyball cant seem to bond, its either everyone's too immersed in their own self centered world or maybe its just the pride. But anyhow, no discrimination to anyone or any school. but i feel that other NON-IP schools have better school spirit, and take for example my sister's soccer team. They're super bonded, they have trus team spirit. its so obvious that even when i watch her match as an outsider, you can tell they're really bonded. and you can feel the spirit. that sounds wrong. :l

then you take a look at our team. sometimes during training the atmosphere isnt there, the passion for volleyball just isnt there, the air feels dead, and everyone doesnt have the mood to train. and the training just practically goes to waste, everyone's doing what they HAVE to do, and not that they WANT to do it. sure they're times that everyone gets terribly high, and the modd is there for training and you can see the WANT to train.

seriously, its not a matter of how good you are at volleyball, it all depends on your character. im not saying that my character is acceptable. but at least they have the bare minimum respect. and we shall do something about it. [:
